I started trying estim a few months ago with a tens 7000. I had pleasurable results, but I would always chase an O without achieving anything. I was able to get an O once, but that was after ~2-3 hours of play, and by that time I was over stimulated and had a lasting tingle/numbness.
I have a coyote 3 on the way, which hopefully is a better experience than the tens. I want to get to the point where I can just put it in and achieve a HFO within an hour. For someone that is really just a beginner, what are some tips or practices that will make my experience better? I have electrode pads, an electrastim booty-buddy, and the coyote kit has a probe and one of those conductive rope things.
