I need a 2b experienced hobbist that can repair my unit

No I dont want to send it back to them ...to much hassle and hoops to jump through their free lifetime repair is more bs than it is worth to me. this is basically a channel "A" knob issue.....the knob free spins and does not catch and advance as it should obviously a loose keeper or similar-- I am in Kansas thanks
