Hi all! Ive had a tens 3000 in the past and now have a tens 7000 that i play with regularly. Ive started with electrode pads and upgraded to conductive bands (the black rubber-like bands). But ive always found myself searching for more.
I did some reading and lined my bands with a single strand of 18 gauge copper wire threaded through them and that really packed a punch. But i wanted more. So now i doubled the copper wire so that there are 2 strands in each band.
Now with the double copper wire inside i cant really max out the machine like i used to. Is it too much? Its still really pleasurable and i still have HFO. But i cant really push the limit. I put one band at the base and the other tucked up behind the corona. Thats always been my set up.
Any suggestions or advice for getting the most out of my unit or additional electrodes that might take it to the next level for me?
