Carrier oils and roller bottle blends...

I have 2 questions, I'm in need of more carrier oil to use with roller blends I'm considering sesame oil, or something similar that's easily accessible and affordable. Has anyone had good experiences with sesame oil or what would you recommend? I'm also looking for suggestions on roller bottle blends preferably for helping with sleep and also something calming. Thanks in advance!
