My dad is a huge coffee enthusiast and has his own espresso machine/grinder setup. His “special” moment of the day is usually taking some time to sit down and have a cappuccino at home. For Christmas I’m hoping to get him a few bags of beans that he hasn’t tried before, along with a tried and true one that I know he likes.

He doesn’t have strong preferences about roasts or notes and generally likes variety, so I’m really just looking for some favorites rather than blind googling. Anything I can order online and have shipped to the US is fine. Budget also isn’t a huge concern.
