Hello all! I'm just about to pull the plug on purchasing new equipment. Personally, I prefer to drink Americanos and pure espresso, while the girls enjoy cappuccinos and lattes. I have been looking at a few machines, mainly the Lelit Victoria, Profitec Go, and the ECM Casa V (and a few others). I noticed the the ECM and Lelit offer a hot water dispenser, while the Profictec does not. However, I am more drawn to the Profitec Go overall. Is there a way to use the steam water to disperse hot water for Americanos? If not, what would be a work around for this? -- Also, what do you guys think of these options overall? I'm looking to pair these with a DF64 as well, as our budget is going to be $1,500 max (ish) - TYIA <3
