Steaming Milk adds 2 oz. of water, is this normal?

I weight my steamed milk before and after and my 12oz of milk (with the pitcher) weighed 1 lb 8 oz before and 1 lb 10oz after. How much water is too much?
I have a Breville Express espresso machine. It’s approx 4 years old, used daily, cleaned fairly regularly.
