Do you have to find griner as the beans age?
Post Body

Noticed now that the beans I'm using are 4 weeks old, the grind size has definitely changed from what it was 3 weeks ago when I first got it.

I don't know. But I also roast my own beans so they are quite fresh when I start grinding (usually 24-72 hours after roast). Maybe it's the freshness.

The grind definitely changes over time. My grinder lets me change grind on the fly via a knob. However I don't pay attention to whether I have to grind finer or not as the beans age-just that I have to change the grind over time.
