I'm about to buy my first espresso machine but can't decide wich

Hey, I wanna get an espresso machine for my birthday and can't decide if I should get a DeLonghi la Specialista Arte or a Breville barista Mini with a cheap grinder.
Any new recommendations are welcome. Don't have the biggest Budget though
Edit: sooo I'm thinking about making espresso, cappuccino and latte macchiato. I'm ok with tinkering with stuff and would love to use a manual machine. Budget is about 400€
