Hi,

New to the coffee brewing game ( came from a breville express ).

I recently got my hands on a rocket appartamento and I love the machine. However I have a problem with the coffee temperature , coffee gets extracted but temperature is really high, undrinkable.

Tried to flush the machine in advance but after flushing for about 40 seconds the temperature still doesn’t drop enough. The brewing pressure also was around 12 and I managed to lower that with opening the machine up to about 10/10.5.

Any ideas why the temperature is that high ?
