It took 3 attempt to get to the 38g - 20s(?). The first 2 shot was too slow.

My method is to hold the double shot button for 10 second and then start the timer as soon as I see the first drop, which usually start at that 10second range. I then stop the machine when I am close to 38gram and then stop the timer.

Do you all then adjust the default setting for the machine or should I do this everytime? I tasted my shot, but then I realised I have never tasted an espresso shot; however with milk it was tasty.
