The holiday season deals are starting to roll out and I am back with the same question of what grinder to buy.

I made a post earlier in the year (https://www.reddit.com/r/espresso/s/GezWfdyHYC) asking for recommendations between Baratza Encore ESP vs Niche Zero vs Eureka Mignon Zero. Through that I ruled out Niche Zero and was left divided between Encore and Eureka.

I just discovered the newly released DF64 Gen 2, which a lot of reviewers are saying good things about. So, can I ask the gurus here to please help me decide if DF64 gen 2 should be chosen over a Eureka Mignon Zero or Silenzio? If yes, then should an upgraded burr set like the SSP be chosen or standard stainless steel should suffice?

Please note I am still a newbie. I have the Bambino Plus and do not currently own a grinder. If I remain unable to get a conclusive opinion I still plan on playing safe and just get the Baratza Encore ESP.
