Has anybody had problems with Ascaso and a warranty issue?

Hello!

I purchased an Ascaso Steel Duo last December, and it arrived in January of this year. It has worked great up until about 3 weeks ago. I reached out to Ascaso stating the problem, and they were quick to respond asking for a video of the issue. Upon opening the machine (Ascaso told me to do this) I found the issue. The steam tube has a split in it, causing water to shoot out all over the interior of the machine while the steam pump is running. After sending the video / pictures to Ascaso, I have yet to hear back. It's been about two weeks. I have also sent a follow up email at the end of last week and I have yet to receive a response.

Has anybody had problems when dealing with a warranty issue through Ascaso? What was your story?

I have added the picture above as well. The arrow is pointing to the white steam tube (?) and where the split occured. The tube was up against the nut next to it, and it appears the nut (through heat?) managed to cause a split in the tube.
