Building a Launch Controller for Model Rockets... need some feeback
Post Body

The controller will have two parts.

  1. A master controller running on an ESP32 Board.
  2. A Slave controller 50-100 feet away that sits at the launch pad, receives wireless signals from the master to fire the various rockets. It could support up to 16 launch pads but I'll probably stick with 4-8.

Slave:

Simplified Schematic

I've left some stuff out of the shown schematic. Dispite what the schematic shows, the relays are on an Optically isolated relay board to separate it from the Controller.

My Issue... Specs call for a continuity test for the igniters and displaying that status on the Master Controller. Doing so at the pad is easy from the users perspective, but I am at a loss as to how I can measure it so I can pass that status back to the Master Controller.
