34 M4F The Final Adventure
The storm clouds are gathering. Not on the horizon, but right above us. Gray billows of despair swirl around dark shadows beneath ignorance. Lightning strikes of hatred thunder towards our walls of enlightenment and knowledge. Around us are the ruins of humanity, glorious buildings thrown down by dictators and anarchists. Everywhere the world is crashing down upon us. Yet sitting next to us is hope. Not for us, that vanished years ago. But for the future.
Locked in crystal is the sum of human knowledge. Everything we created in the golden years of ‘modern’ civilization. And stories. Libraries full of books, fantasy, horror, mysteries, romances. The collection of all of human history. The good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful. Thoughts and musings from philosophers and politicians are embedded next to scientific papers and digital copies of paintings. All hidden away in a ratty canvas backpack. And next to the little steel box is a book. The instructions for unlocking the past, our present, and the stories of how we got here.
Looking around the circle defeat, despair, and determination are written on faces. There’s nothing left for us. Instead, we share a belief. That a future will come when what our species learned can be used again, and lessons can be learned from our self-destruction. All that’s left is to hide the pack and leave the clues that will lead the future to the past.

Hello there! The premise I want to explore is living on the leading edge of the collapse of civilization. The deterioration of society, of the future. A common storyline. Yet instead of surviving the upcoming disaster, I want to explore being the resistance. Our fate may be sealed, but we can sacrifice our lives to insure that not everything is lost in the impending apocalypse. In two thousand years, they will be speaking of our exploits, and wishing people like us were around at the fall of the Library of Alexandria. Let’s create the story of how our world was saved not for ourselves, but for the future.
Kinks: I prefer vanilla but I’ll go darker IF the story goes that direction. Limits: bathroom activities and beastiality. See my full DPP Profile.
Open to short form role-playing, but I prefer longer, intricate stories. Commitment is a plus: I will not abandon a story without discussing things with my partner first, and I look for the same in my partners.
