We’ve known each other for what feels likes all our lives, yet we never dated.
You’ve always been loyal girlfriend/wife, except for a few too many times that always seem to happen when you’re around me only.
Your boyfriend/husband doesn’t really like me, so it’s a bit hard for you to justify the slutty outfits that you pick when you go on coffee ‘dates’ with me, or to concerts that he doesn’t like.
You always end up justifying your partially ruined makes up, the bruises on your knees, the late hours.
You tell yourself that you’re going to stop doing it, but then you get a text from me:
“ What time do you get off work? I’m taking you out for a few drinks today”
