Does anyone especially the athletic lads like myself find that it’s so rare to get a GOOD massage these days.

Apart from this one experience with a Thai women I find masseuses never have enough strength to really work into the various muscle bellies untying the knots and kinks. As for the males it seems that there are some of them who aren’t built well enough to handle a real fit man and the few that have muscle seem to not have the muscular endurance to utilise them well. Additionally, a lot of the times it feels like I’m being rubbed and moisturised instead of worked and massaged. It feels lazy and just not worth the money. Trust me, I understand there are situations where light touch can feel amazing but it requires intentionality and variation. Other than this one man I just hadn’t experienced anything close to a real massage since.

Anyway I’ve found this frustrating I thought let me learn how to do it myself. So that one aforementioned man taught me how to utilise body weight to prevent fatigue as well as to add variation and excitement to a massage and I combined this with my knowledge of human anatomy to master my technique. Even though I look like the sporty jock type, I’m a bit of a nerd who enjoys learning things properly. Anyway the dilemma is I’ve now got this highly refined skill set which I only use occasionally with well paying clients because of what I do I can’t afford to do this much despite the demand of returning customers and their affiliates. I do it because I love the art of massage and want others to experience the peak euphoria I’ve once felt being on the one table. However it’s a little frustrating realising I can’t massage myself and I’m not sure who else could to the standard I deliver and would like.

Complete side note: I wonder if there a people that feel this way about other things like food potentially.
