Has anyone else had their book blocked lately?

I've written around 15 books so far, but under my erotica pen name I'm on book 4. My trope is pseudoincest, specifically stepdad/stepdaughter stuff.
The third book of my series got blocked by Amazon and I'm wondering if anyone else writing pseudoincest has had this happen to them.
