I am not sure if this is typical, but I published a short the other day and it says the book is live.. yet when I search it up, the book isn't viewable. I searched other books from that pen name.. also unable to be searched.. so what did I do wrong? I am confused because I tried to make a more conventional, on-market title which would appeal to readers flipping through and my blurb seems on-brand.
Could it be the pen name?... An earlier way more generic pen name seemed to push at least some books.. I haven't had a sale in weeks with this new pen.
The cover art features a woman bending over in a blue bodysuit, so there's no skin. The title is "Controlled by the Hostess".. can I not use the word "Controlled" when others use "Under (Noun) Control"? In the past I tried more light-novel style titles "My (Profession) is a (Noun)".. at least those got a few dozen KENP reads before being locked in horny jail.
I am just so confused.
