Absolutely zero KENP reads?

I'm not sure if there's something wrong in my passive marketing, but I uploaded several books to KU in early May after publishing earlier this year and.. nothing. I would have thought Amazon would have some 'New to KU" section that'd alert people to the books being available. If it matters, my niche is femdom.
Is this just a "take on the chin and keep writing" situation?
