Greetings, everyone. I have been writing erotica for about 3 or four years now. One thing I noticed is that some sex scenes are really sexy while some are okay( not bad, but decent.) I was wondering what is it that really make a sex scene sexy. I feel like it the more sexy scenes require knowledge of foreplay, sex, thrusting techniques, science, vocabulary, and other things in order to make the scene sexy. The average person doesn't know any of this stuff. I haven't really found that many resources expect for a few blog post, books that state the basic stuff, and small vocabulary lists. The best sources that I found was certain books about sex like thrusting and kissing techniques. Most of those books and websites was found through hours of research. Those ones work really well for me. I was wondering if any of you agree with this, and where did you learn or did any research for a sex scene?
