kind of long but everyone seems so knowledgeable im gonna blunt ask for help

Ok, so I have a TON of short stories, I'm getting back into writing and when I'm actually dedicating time (an hour a day, 4x/wk) I can knock out with edits one sometimes 2, 4 -5k word stories. I'm going to start the Amazon publishing thing, I've been reading a lot about that, however I am going to copyright everything that I do a full publish on. (I've had my work stolen and was pissed - its literally my own damn experiences and stories!) I'll also start a separate LLC and Tradmark that as well - just so I have all my basis covered. The emotional damage that theft did to me - can't afford to go through that violation again, so I'll do it legit. HOWEVER, I want to also do some audible for some of the stories but my "end game" plan is to actually have a site (am I even allowed to build one?) where I, am not only reading them, but also .... role-playing them (to the extent they can be), as I'm 100% an exhibitionist and kink. I would love to do personalized stories, but under the pretense that I'm the Owner and can publish them, maybe a blog? I just am unclear if I can publish vocally my stories on a personal and audible site, or if I'm now in a pick and choose adventure on how to get my work out there safely and constructively.

I've been looking at comments about Smashwords and it seems like that might be an option for blog/lit loading and selling, but also looks like there are barriers I would face if having me and audible/amazon?

I have a full time career, so this isn't a replacement. I left my passion for writing and exhibitionism and cultivating that "other side of me" that I need for balance (because of that incident turned rage) and abandoned my lit communities and now that I'm ready to get back to it, I want to pick up where I left off, but be completely informed and not lead off a whim like last time.
