Can I publish a book through KU after removing it from Radish?

Hi guys. So I have requested one of my novels be removed from Radish Fiction so I can publish it through KU. Radish says that while they will remove the novel from further purchase, it would still be available in the app to those who have purchased chapters. Does this mean I can’t publish through KU? If not how does this affect my KU application?
