Ibiza Recommendations and Tips?

I'll be going to Ibiza around 9/2-9/5 (and will obviously be seeing Eric that Tuesday and hopefully he plays at Mambo as well). For those of you who have gone, where did you stay on the island? I was thinking about doing a night (or 2) at Ushuaia for the free entry to Hi and convenience, but was also thinking about staying in Sant Antoni the other night(s). What else did you guys do while on the island and any good food/tourist recommendations?
