Keys not working while in video game?

When I launch a video game using this layout, I am unable to move using WASD. I have tried a few games.
I can use space/ctrl to jump/crouch. I can use all my buttons and when I go into keybindings to remind WASD, and I push W, it actually registers it as W. But they don't seem to work. It tested this in Dead by Daylight, Mordhau and Frostpunk and it was all the same result. No other controllers or keyboards plugged in. This is on PC and I have tried fullscreen and windowed mode.
