I'm not sure if I should have done this and I have no other place to ask really.

Okay, so I recently bought the "mints" off of hims.com

They just came this morning, so I haven't taken any yet.

I've never taken any sort of ED medication before. I've never had trouble getting an erection but rather with maintaining. It's been almost a year since my wife and I have been truly physically intimate (medical reasons on her part). And she has been alluding to her being ready soon. Which on the one hand makes me excited as all get out. But then on the other makes me feel nervous because "what if I can't get it up? What if I start to think about not being able to get it up? What if I start thinking about if I'm thinking about not being able to get it up?" And so on and so forth.

Like I said, I've never had trouble, even when I'm feeling out on the spot GETTING one, but keeping one. It's been a year, if there is a time to be at the ready it's now.

But, what happens if I take Cialis (the mint) if I don't "need" it? Will my body become dependent on it? If it will get dependent, how quickly does that happen (one dose, two dose, thirty?) And if the problem is my getting into my head AFTER I have a boner, will the Cialis even matter?

Also, taking l-citruline with Cialis? Thoughts?
