Is there a hair loss product that doesn’t cause ED?

Late 30s guy here. My hairline is receding and I’m getting a bald spot. I want to buy a topical hair loss product to apply to those areas to help it regrow. But I’ve heard that certain hair loss products can cause ED. I’m already having some minor erectile problems due to many years of heavy drinking (currently 5 weeks sober) so I’m terrified of doing anything that would give me worse ED. Do topical treatments cause ED, or is it just the ones you ingest? And are there particular hair loss products I could get that definitely WON’T cause ED? Thank you.
