So ive been struggling and readdress worried. I finally went cold turkey on porn at the end of march. It probably wouldn't have been possible if i hadn't been thinking about doing it for a couple months beforehand.
I slipped a couple times but avoided fapping and sex for a month too.
After 4 weeks i though my little man would never work again. After 6 weeks its working well, and my brain seems to feel repulsed by porn. Long may that feeling live.
But finally without porn im starting to get hard again naturally!
