Is that light at the end of the tunnel for me? A promising solution(?) - Tongkat Ali + Maca Root and other supplements

So to start this is not a guarantee and I'm not even sure if it'll work for me but based on past few days this is working. I'm 25yo and haven't had sex but this "solution" has massively increased my libido and I've gotten random boners and day dreaming has given me boners which hadn't happened in a long time. Also, to clarify my testosterone was very high I was not overweight and I still had ED.

My current supplement plan - taking Tongkat Ali Maca root tablet Vit D Vit B Mg/Zn L citrulline Fish Oil. (I'm a vegetarian for context)

I added Tongkat Ali, Maca root and Fish oil in past 1 week. And Vit D/B in past 2 weeks. Only in last 3 days have I noticed a difference.

Backstory - I had never had sex and when I got into a relationship last year I realized I had a problem. I tried different tablets and none were satisfying and didn't help which caused huge problems with relationship (which is in limbo rn). I got testosterone tested and that was high but somehow my libido didn't feel that high. I asked doctors and am going to therapy but nothing helped. Then I felt super weak one day and got blood test done. I was deficient in Vir D and Vit B was on lower end. Once I started taking supplements I could feel the difference (or it was placebo/natural high lows etc). I got curious about high T but low libido and watched podcast by Andrew Huberman. He mentioned Tongkat Ali Maca root and after googling I thought I'll give it a try. Now my libido feels super high and I can just feel it. My mind randomly goes to sex even with slight push and if I continue I get hard. I may still have problems but now I feel confident that if I take Cialis it'll make things better cause I'm super turned on. I'll try this in a couple of weeks since now I have an injury and I don't want to play with low blood pressure etc caused by Cialis. May be fine but I would rather be cautious.

Finally I'm planning to cycle 5 days ON and 2 days OFF for Tongkat and Maca. Rest of them maybe I'll cycle 3 weeks ON and 1 week OFF. Also if this actually works as good as it has done so far I'm planning to reduce supplements to figure out which one is causing it and sticking to it. Rn I'm just too scared to change.

I'm guessing my problem was the diet and I wasn't getting enough nutrients. Maybe naturally I had some problems. Idk. But so far it seems to work and I'm happy that it's not my dick that has problems or worse.

I'm posting this now because it might work for others too. Maybe I'm feeling it powerfully in the begining and it may lose potency in long run. But now atleast I know what the problem might be and I can try tinkering with dosage etc.
