I've had 2 priapisms this year that sent me to the emergency room. It's basically extremely painful morning wood that happens completely by itself without stimulation and doesn't go down much if at all when I masterbate. At first we thought it was new medications I was on for sleep (I basically quit sleeping due to stress) but now for about 2 weeks I've had one everyday, a super-painful election whenever I sleep more than 15 minutes at a time. It does go away after a few hours if I masterbate or the pain itself stops but today it's unaffected again. I'm only taking Adderall and have been on that for 20 years, whereas this problem literally just started in January. I haven't been drinking or doing any other drugs, I'm even afraid to take my new sleep med for this exact reason. Ice packs do very little, and short of blood drains in the ER it literally CAN'T go down when it's like this. What the fuck could be happening?? The first er doctor had never seen a priapism before and they did mangle the fuck out of me, there's been a weird lump on the side ever since.
