Epilepsy caused full ED in 3 months.

Recently diagnosed with Epilepsy at 38. I went from wanting sex 3 times a day to barely even able to get an erection from masturbation or with my partner. Any sensation is like a quick crashing wave with no feeling and then a few little squirts and it's gone.
I need help finding a proper headspace to overcome this, or between it and the other side effects of the meds....I don't know what I can do.
