My new partner has been having trouble sustaining an erection and we haven’t yet been able to have sex. He’s 36M, I’m 32F.
He’s mentioned having had trouble with this his whole life, but also that he’s particularly nervous with me as he’s developed strong feelings.
He also believes this is due to psychological reasons.
As his new partner, I am wondering how I can help. What have your partners done to make things easier for you?
I was thinking about “games” where we establish rules like only making out oral allowed, no sex. To take the pressure off.
Maybe even creating circumstances where his brain is more “shut off” and his guard is less up, like giving him massages, using words of affection, playing relaxing music, lazing about, smoking weed? Creating a sort of sleepy atmosphere. Entirely possible I’m overthinking this 😂
Your experience and knowledge here would be greatly appreciated.
