Question on the new color ereaders coming out

I have a lot of digital comics so I am pretty excited for a color ereader, but I also read a lot of online fiction websites. Is it known if either the pocketbook color or onyx boox color will be able to browse the internet?
I also didn't see anything about expandable storage. Is that not usually an option with e-readers? I don't currently have an ereader, so I am unfamiliar with what is standard on them.
