I have a Kobo Clara with the software version 4.28.18406(23b2a16e39,8/30/21) I need to keep resetting it and now that I look in device information after the umpteenth reset it says 6.8 GB available of 8GB which is weird.

But to the point. What is wrong with my e-reader? In the past month I've had to reset it around 8 times. Had to do it twice today and did one yesterday. I usually download books, but this time I uploaded only a few legit books and still it blocked.

Another thing is that since yesterday's reset it told me my battery was full and this noon it was "empty". I plugged in the charger, had to reset becaus it blocked and then the battery was full again.

I wondered if other people have the same issue and what can be done about it? Surely this can't keep going on.
