Adding generic portraits for dragons

I started playing as the Ice Dragon Tribe and love the nation despite the lack of a dedicated focus tree and content. Although it would be nice if i could have generic leader portraits for them. I even generated EAW style dragon portrait gfx and now i need help adding them. Can anyone describe the exact steps i need to take if i want to add the portraits i generated as generic leaders for the two dragon nations? i know about the hoi4modding community but this is kinda eaw specific.
