Help me make a ring:)

Hay Iām wanting to make a glowing ring like from lord of the rings I have the ring the glow in the dark powder and the resin I need to fit the glow powder in the letterings grooves of the ring the then put resin over it but Iām not entirely sure how to do that any tips? Let me know! Thanks:)
