Why are more Ebola cases reported on Sundays?
Post Body
I was just playing with the data and noticed the number of new cases reported seems to split, but looking a little more closely, the numbers spike on Sunday reports. And this divergence may have resolved recently, but only because all cases are now reported on Sundays. Anybody have insight into the WHO's data-gathering or analysis that might indicate why this pattern emerged?
