As a response to the API changes and limited moderation tools now available. We will be removing a few of the more mod heavy rules, namely 5, 7, and 8. Rule 7 has been deprecated for a while but we're getting around to removing it now.
We will implement a report cap for posts and comments which in theory will allow democratization of moderating content in this community but of course is subject to abuse. We will see how this goes for indefinite future but ultimately expect to see far less modding in this community.
