Are there any Discord or Matrix groups for Epic Systems employees to talk to newbies or prospective employees?

I've still got my fingers crossed waiting for a project manager position. I was just wondering if epic employees have any organized presence on real-time chat platforms like Discord or Matrix? I'd love to actually talk to somebody about what life is like there. I don't really know where to go to talk to a real human.
