The TS on my current gig is fairly new. I've encountered many a TS in this situation before, until now they have all passed their trial by fire. This time it is different. Whenever I create an SLG, I usually get a poorly thought out response that clearly took very little effort (usually pasting something from Galaxy that I already read).

As a rule I try to figure stuff out on my own. Given my extensive experience and formidable skills, I can usually do that. I have a couple of situations where I need Epic's help. I'm not getting it.

I don't know what to do. I have to work with this guy. As a consultant I'm expected to deliver. He's making it very difficult.
