I'm trying to get data from the EPA on my local river's pollution levels for a proposal that I'm working on. The Mahoning River in NE Ohio. I found the WQP but even though I have a network administration degree, I must be doing something wrong. I kept all the search parameters wide open, basically "give me everything you've got on the Mahoning River", or I think I did, but I'm getting a response that my search didn't have any results.
Everyone here knows our river is polluted by the steel industry for decades and we know the Ohio EPA did a report on it that came out last year, but that report doesn't contain numbers concerning heavy metals which is the main thing I want data on.
Can anyone familiar with the WQP let me know what I'm doing wrong or just get the data for me. TIA
Edit: I forgot to include the link for anyone unfamiliar with the Water Quality Portal https://www.waterqualitydata.us/
