I am such an idiot.

And now I am freaking the fuck out. They had allegations against my fiancé about physical abuse. This is the third allegation this year… which I recognize looks bad. My middle child is going through a phase, and he exaggerates everything (yes, I AM concerned as to why this is, he is in therapy, and I am in the process of finding a family therapist, wait lists are long). Yes, parenting mistakes have been made, and we are actually using a much more gentle parenting technique now because we don’t even want exaggerations to be possible, but in the meanwhile I just made this extra complicated because I made a HUGE mistake of opening my door!

I guess, can I ask for advice or support at this point? Now that they know?
