Need help from witches who get high (ghost/spirit related)

I took an edible (this isnt new to me) nd i have gotten high in my home (owned for going on 2 years). But tonight I saw a spirit walk through my downstairs. It's was like 430/5pm when I saw it. My cats were also reacting to the downstairs. It was so clearly a person but mote of a shadow. I waited until my brother came home and I walked through the whole downstairs checking all possible entrences- nothing and no sign of a person.

I have seen ghost all my life, never high or under any influence. This was a first for me. Any advice
