Noob to edibles - can't DHV because of tooth extraction don't know how to dose

I have an Arizer Solo II and I vape one bowl a night of about 18% -20% THC flower. I just had a tooth extraction with a bone graft so I can't vape. I don't do edibles but I need the THC to control my PTSD. What would be a good dose of edibles to replace my normal vape amount? Thanks friends.
