Need Help With RSO Syringe

I bought this to help with pain, but it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get more than a micron out at a time. I have strong hands and I’m literally leaning against a wall and sobbing because of the joint pain in my hands from trying. I hate that I am apparently too dumb to live but I am desperate for pain relief. Is it supposed to be this difficult? What am I doing wrong?! Please please help me 😭
