Hi friends💚. I have been experiencing joint pain in my hips, knees and ankles- especially at bedtime. It keeps me awake even when I’m so tired. I know part of it is because I sit at a desk all day and I haven’t been active at all, I’ve been sick for like a month so I’m only doing stretches every day but it’s more of a long term solution than immediate relief to sleep like cannabis haha.
I’m curious- How do you cannabis for pain?
