Well it's been a morning for me. I got a very rare seven hours of sleep and I feel more fatigued than usual and am barely pulling myself together. Apparently 5 hrs is better for me. I totally forgot about my post this morning! Better late than never I hope.
So let's get the usual out of the way. Get a whole lot of ๐ฆ for your beautiful body, get a healthy snack, I'm going to have another glass of cold brew with egg nog in it. Yum. Move along any ๐งบ. Ready? Settle in for a minute.
I'm shifting Wednesday Wellness yet again. One day I will figure out a way to get more participation! Also I want to help make the place more weedy so it's now Weedy Wednesday! I'll try to link a bit of Wellness into it here and there and continue to take you along in my own wellness journey when it feels right.
Last week I mentioned working out and grounding as two ways I'm working with my wellness journey. What I didn't do was tell you how I use cannabis to help me achieve my goals with these things.
Grounding is especially perfect to do with weed in hand! It's my fav time of day when I go outside and stand bare foot on the grass in my back yard and play ball with my dog. When he's tired we both just sit or lie down on the grass while I do a sess with my Lobo vapirizor or the occasional cart.
As for working out, there isn't a time when a sess is better than after a hard workout and then all the sessions on the recovery day when all the muscles are hurting!
I also use a fair amount of an excellent 1:2 THC:CBG pain cream that also has menthol and other soothing and calming herbs in a coconut cream base. It smells yummy, absorbs completely quickly and isn't at all sticky so I don't worry about it ruining my clothes. It works very fast and lasts a few hours. Perfect for day after recovery or at night.
So to discuss today, do you use weed to help with wellness goals? Which ones? How? It doesn't need to be physical wellness. Mental and emotional and spiritual wellness are all important. Weed has a way of enhancing everything for me!
Okay everyone. Your turn! Don't let me down now! Participate. Give me just one sentence if that's all the time you have. I know ya'all use cannabis in some way for Wellness if you think about it. Share with me and your fellow ents. (Yes, it's a shameless plea I know ๐)
