Having Connections Really Helps Us
Post Body

I mean, connections help everyone be successful, but I feel like we really benefit extra from them.

ENTJs are masters of making things happen, but we’re not the best at being creative and coming up with ideas. Our Ni is slow and methodical and does best when it’s provided the right data. If we know the right people who can fuel us with good advice and great ideas, that’s when we can shine the brightest.

I realized this today when I was chatting with an old middle school mentor who inspired me to go into the field I’m in (astrophysics). I’m currently thinking of doing consulting as a side huddle, and she gave me some really amazing, solid, specific advice on how to get into it and what target audiences to reach. It was amazing and helped me shape my plans for it in my head. Not only was she a great connection to have, but she’s also got connections and will talk to them to get more advice for me. So grateful for her in my life!
