so last year i was on the bus back home when i got tapped on the shoulder i look and i get punched in the face (i have been getting bullied for several years before that and still am to this day but it was never violent like this and the school isnt doing shit to stop this cause the school is sports oreintated and i am a nerdy outcast and my bullies were jocks) i shrugged the punch off cause ehh why not i got tapped on the shoulder again and i got punched again it happened 3 more times before i decided to grab the arm of the person attacking me and twist it basicaly letting them know i wasnt going to take shit from sadly the punches were in a blindspot of the bus cameras but the arm twist wasnt then 2 weeks later a cop shows up to my house and says that i am getting charged with assault (i didnt get arrested or anything like that so dont get your hopes up) the cop was nice and explained that it was a misdemeanor and that i wouldnt be going to jail or anything and he just brought a sheet of paper and read my rights "right to remain silent right to attorney" etc and on the paper was the same stuff and i had to sign it i had to take an online course that i dont even remember anything about cause it was so fucking boring and useless i then ended up getting kicked off the buss the rest of the year and a 4 day suspension (while there wasnt anything refering to any entitled parents of this story the EPs are the parents of the kid who was punching me and they were the ones who filed charges on me and made a big deal out of something that was a school issue
