Superficially looking at available information about what the Jungian shadow is, it seems very much like Peterson has limited the the concept to what an unbalanced 14 year old boy would think is bad ass.
Broadly the concept seems like a dressed up method of identifying and addressing unconscious influences and motivators of behavior and feeling, similar but more limited in scope than what can be achieved through mindfulness/meditation?
Am a wrong here, someone crack an egg of knowledge on my head.
